I got a new lease this year on some hay ground in the foothills between Lebanon and Sweethome. These fields are a mixture of grasses and we get one cutting since there is no irrigation. The windrows look bleached but the hay comes out with decent color but I wish I had cut this field a little earlier. The vast majority of our hay goes to horses. The first picture is from the highest portion of the property overlook the Cascade mountain foothills. The second picture is how we move some of the equipment from field to field. Hope you find this mildly interesting.
