Question about flooded / dirt covered hay.

I had a few acres standing in water last week (clover / trefoil mix). Cut it today, and the bottom 1/3 to 1/2 of the plants from about 1 acre have a good coating of dirt on them. Any recommendations about what to do with it once I bale it. Mulch? Feed it anyways? Hope it rains and washes it off before I bale it?

The dust coming out the haybine was a little disconcerting today. Look like it was on fire...
