Auger on JD 2320 windrow header 240

Can anyone help me on a JD 2320 windrower with 240 auger hay header tell me what the clearance of the auger should be to the bottom of the platform? I understand the clearance for the strippers but nothing is ever said how close the auger should be to the platform floor. Also do the rubber batters in the center of the auger suppose to just touch the platform floor?
