Noisy hay elevator

I have a 16ft hayrite elevator that is sounding like a jet engine about to blow up. I recently had it apart to tighten belt and put new switch in, greased zerks and went to test and man that thing sounds like hell. It wasn’t exactly quiet before but nothing like this. I don’t see how it could be a bearing making that much noise turning so slow.
I know nothing about electric motors. Any ideas?
