This is for those of you that have had the fortune of cutting second cutting og in June-a first for me. Just wondering- Do you rush to get N on for third cutting or wait till some of the July heat has passed? My stubble is green and lush as we have had adequate rainfall during spring. Hot weather is here now. I am AWOL from hay Sept 14-25. So I can plan but perhaps not execute an Early Oct harvest with an application around Aug 1 or go for the gusto now. What do you do?
