RS 651 caseIH baler hot

Having oil temperature issues with this baler. Tension pressures set at 2100 lbs.
also it seems like there is a constant load on the hydraulic system pulling power form the tractor. This may or may not be a separate issue to the hot oil temp. But I assume it might be part of the reason for hot oil.

Any advice?
