Stub guards or standard(rock)?
Which do you prefer and why?
My experience with stub guards was not good and may easily been because I didn't understand how to properly set them.Either i would get them too high and cause a ragged cut or,if I tightened them down, would knock the knife head bushing out quickly and have to replace it.They had been recommended for me to try because of problems with undergrowth and cut hay plugging.Finally had enough and bought all new rock guards.
