krone 38t brand new and broken

Bought a brand new 38t Friday..... long story short me and a mechanic was removing 3 arms to make under width for hauling and low and behold two of the arms had the cam follower bearings broken and one inner cam arm bent rake is NEW .... tech thinks one of bearings failed and bent and destroyed the next one cam looks good and all other bearings and arms look great... hopefully just a bad bearing. Has anyone had any problems out of the krone rotarys
