Grille for an IH 230 Swather - what would work?

Greetings friends -

I picked up, and am refurbishing a 230 swather, working on the reel now, but also need a grille (missing completely). Is there a grill that would work (E.g. from a tractor), or should I be looking for the same application? Or, is a 210 grille the same etc.??

Also, I picked up some 'fish' - those steel arms that hold the wood bats with the plastic bushings on the end, from the slavage yard, but they were too long (from a old combine). I need them to be 11 1/2" inches long... Any ideas? The Shoup catalogue appears to only have one size...
