Kuester Implement Ohio?

Looking at a used rake from far away (internet only).
Some of the details seem off or unknown on the rake but the dealer (Kuester Implement) says it is in generally good to very good condition.

Has anyone dealt with Kuester Implement or have any reviews or info about them that might be helpful. Kuester Implement is located in Bloomington Ohio. Thanks
