New holland baler BC5060 The knife arm can be removed and cleaned out and reassembled. New grease added each time unit is used and the knife arm will quit taking grease after about 3,000 bales or so and the knife arm has to be taken back off and cleaned out. Seems the groove is packing with dirt or dust till it just won't take grease. I replaced the arm but some wear is still in the unit but not bad. It fits tight to the cotter pin so I can't add shims. We use a high quality grease. So any Ideas? We usually do 1,000- 1,700 bales at a time.
NH BC5060 Won't take grease.
