HP needed to run 17' Kuhn tedder

Hey guys, like the title says I have a 4 basket 17 foot Tedder. My friend offered me the use of a Ford 600 tractor gas powered, roughly 30 horsepower to use for tedding so I can leave a Tedder hooked up to the Tractor. This is a good running tractor, but do you think it will have enough HP to run the tedder without hurting the tractor / overheating it, and being totally slow? Let me know thoughts and your results with low HP tedding tractors. Good and bad experiences, thanks everyone
