54a bale thrower

I have a 54a bale thrower I bought. The belt that goes around the flywheel is broke and I can't find a part number. Any ideas? Also I was also wondering if there is a hydraulic cylinder that controlled how it turned and if anyone has any pictures of it. There is a metal arm under the thrower that looks like it connects to the baler and something hooks up to it to turn it. Any help would be awesome.
