New Holland 648 Baler

Have this 648 Baler and when it goes to wrap it shreds the net. I have tried adjusting the few things I know but can’t figure it out. Could it be a dull knife and the wrapping is messed up when it tries to wrap? When I put the net back in each time it wraps fine but the next bale is when it does it. I have a video if I can get it posted somehow.
