NH 688 Actuators

my new Holland 688 bale command plus net and twine actuators are intermittent at best. I use the net primarily it extend and wrapped, but then would not retract. I use it in manual mode. I read for power to the net actuator getting both an neg and pos DC voltage, read the same at the twine actuator. was thinking of swapping the actuators so I tried extending and retracting the twine actuator, the monitor started shutting down when ext or ret selected and then finally got the twine act to ext and more playing with monitor got it to retract. could not get movement out of the net actuator

 

I am thinking that the monitor is my issue but reluctant to replace, any thoughts would be appreciated.
